Letters of invitation can be requested ONLY after registration. Please fill out the form below if you require a letter of invitation for entry to the USA to attend the conference. Upon receipt, the i3CE 2019 Committee will review and process a letter. The Letter of Invitation will ONLY be sent via email to the email address that you provide. The provided information will be used only for the visa invitation letter purpose.

We cannot refund registration fees after the registration refund cut-off date (April 15) due to an individual's inability to obtain a visa, so please file your paperwork as far in advance as possible in order to be eligible for a refund prior to the registration cut-off date.
