Submission System
The submission and review of papers and abstracts will be managed through the online conference paper management system.

Formatting:
- The abstract should consist of one paragraph of about 250 words.
- The abstract should present a concise statement of the scope, principal findings, and conclusions of the paper.
- Abstracts cannot include lists, tables, figures, display equations, footnotes, or references.
Use the i3CE 2019 Abstract Template for specific formatting guidance.
- Full paper including references must not exceed 8 pages in length:

- Extended abstracts are intended for poster and demonstration sessions ONLY and will be made available on the i3CE 2019 official website (however, they will NOT be included in the proceedings per ASCE publication policy)
- The extended abstract must not exceed 2 pages in length including references.
- The abstract should present a concise statement of the scope, principal findings, and conclusions of the paper.

Poster Session Preparation Guidelines
- The boards are 40"x30" (101.6 cm x 76.2 cm) each, and the easels hold the posters 34" from the ground. A display easel will be set up for each poster on site. Presenters are responsible for printing and bringing their posters to the conference.
- 8' long table, chair, power, boards, and easels(if necessary) will be provided. Presenters are responsible for bring their laptops or supplementary materials to the conference. Demonstration session will be held in the second floor hallway.
- Presenters should arrive at your session room 15 minutes before the session starts and introduce yourself to the moderator, so he/she knows you are in the room and ready to present.
- Presenters are also responsible for bringing a copy of the presentation on a flash drive and copy the file to the computer in the session room (Please avoid using your own laptop unless it is necessary).
- Each presentation will be 15 minutes in length, including 12 minutes for presentation and 3 minutes for Q&A.
